In case of discrepancy the Turkish version prevails. This form contains the information that must be provided to the Buyer before an order is placed, under the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation. Please read it before confirming your order. 1. PRODUCTS AND PRICE The essential characteristics, quantity and VAT-inclusive price of the ordered products are listed on the order confirmation screen. Prices shown on the site include VAT and are valid until updated; campaign prices apply for the campaign period. The total is the sum of product prices plus any shipping charge, shown in detail before you confirm the order. 3. PAYMENT Available payment methods are shown at checkout. If card payment is not active this is stated clearly on the order screen and payment is made by bank transfer / EFT. DELIVERY Carrier: Yurtiçi Kargo Dispatch time: within 2 business days of payment confirmation. For purchases made as a Consumer, delivery is completed within 30 (thirty) days of the order at the latest. Delivery is made to the address you provide; additional costs caused by an incorrect address are borne by the Buyer. 5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL A Consumer may withdraw within 14 (fourteen) days of receiving the product, without giving a reason and without penalty. Notice is sent by e-mail to info@visnebebe.com or in writing to Duaçınarı Mahallesi, Vişne Caddesi No: 144 İç Kapı No: Z1, 16270 Yıldırım / BURSA, stating the order number, name and the products concerned. The product must be sent within 10 (ten) days of the notice to Duaçınarı Mahallesi, Vişne Caddesi No: 144 İç Kapı No: Z1, 16270 Yıldırım / BURSA. The Seller refunds the price and delivery costs within 14 (fourteen) days of receiving the notice. WHERE THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL DOES NOT APPLY Under article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation: - products made to the Buyer's specifications or personalised, - products unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once opened (underwear, bodysuits, sleepsuits, socks, feeding bottles, soothers and similar items), - products mixed with other goods after delivery that cannot be separated. Returned products must be unused, with box, packaging and accessories complete. 6. DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS If a product is defective, the Consumer may choose between withdrawal from the contract, a price reduction, free repair, or replacement with a non-defective equivalent (Law no. 6502, article 11). Shipping costs for defective returns are borne by the Seller. Notice is sent to info@visnebebe.com. 7. COMMERCIAL BUYERS Dealers and corporate buyers purchasing for commercial or professional purposes, including resale, are not consumers. The right of withdrawal and other consumer-specific rights do not apply; Turkish Commercial Code no. 6102 and the agreed dealer terms govern. The Commercial Buyer must inspect the goods within 8 (eight) days of delivery and report any apparent defect. 8. COMPLAINTS AND APPLICATIONS Requests and complaints may be sent to info@visnebebe.com or +90 224 223 22 66. For purchases made as a Consumer, applications may be made to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Court at the Buyer's place of residence or where the transaction took place, depending on the value of the dispute. The monetary thresholds are published each year by the Ministry of Trade. 9. RECORD KEEPING The order record, the agreement and this form are retained by the Seller. The Buyer can access the record through the order details in their member account. By confirming the order the Buyer acknowledges having read this form. Last updated: 2026-09-15
