In case of discrepancy the Turkish version prevails. This page explains delivery, cancellation and return processes for sales made by Vişne Bebe (FATİHİM TEKSTİL KONFEKSİYON İNŞAAT GIDA SANAYİ VE TİCARET ANONİM ŞİRKETİ) through https://visnebebe.com. For buyers acting as consumers, the withdrawal provisions of the Distance Sales Agreement and the Pre-Information Form also apply. 1. DELIVERY 1.1. Shipments are made with Yurtiçi Kargo. 1.2. Orders are handed to the carrier within 2 business days of payment confirmation. Public holidays and weekends are not included. 1.3. Shipping charge: Kargo ücreti alıcıya aittir; gönderi ücreti sipariş tutarına eklenmez, teslimatta kargo firmasına ödenir. 1.4. Delivery is made to the address given at checkout. Additional costs caused by an incomplete or incorrect address are borne by the Buyer. 1.5. The tracking number is provided after dispatch and is visible in the order details of your member account. 2. CHECKING THE SHIPMENT 2.1. Please inspect the parcel in the presence of the courier. If it is crushed, torn or wet, do not accept it and ask the courier to record the damage. 2.2. Where a parcel is accepted without such a record, carrier-related damage claims may be rejected by the carrier. 2.3. Missing or incorrect items must be reported to info@visnebebe.com within 3 (three) business days of delivery. In that case shipping costs are borne by the Seller. 3. ORDER CANCELLATION 3.1. Orders that have not yet been dispatched can be cancelled free of charge. Requests are sent to info@visnebebe.com or +90 224 223 22 66. 3.2. Where payment has been made, the amount is refunded within 14 (fourteen) days of the cancellation being confirmed, using the original payment method; for bank transfers, to the account notified by the Buyer. 3.3. Once an order has been dispatched, the return process applies instead of cancellation. 4. RETURNS (CONSUMERS) 4.1. A Consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) days of receiving the product, without giving a reason. 4.2. The product must be unused, with labels attached and the original packaging and accessories complete. 4.3. Returns are sent to Duaçınarı Mahallesi, Vişne Caddesi No: 144 İç Kapı No: Z1, 16270 Yıldırım / BURSA. Please include a note with the order number and the reason for return. 4.4. The product is inspected on arrival; for returns meeting the conditions the price is refunded within 14 (fourteen) days. 4.5. Items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once opened: underwear, bodysuits, sleepsuits, socks, feeding bottles, soothers and similar products. Personalised or made-to-order items are also excluded. 5. DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS 5.1. Where a product has a manufacturing defect, the Consumer may choose between withdrawal from the contract, a price reduction, free repair, or replacement with a non-defective equivalent. 5.2. Shipping costs for defective returns are borne by the Seller. 5.3. Damage caused by misuse, incorrect washing or normal wear is not considered a defect. 6. COMMERCIAL BUYERS (DEALER AND WHOLESALE) 6.1. Buyers purchasing for commercial or professional purposes, including resale, are not consumers; section 4 does not apply to them. 6.2. The Commercial Buyer must inspect the goods within 8 (eight) days of delivery and report apparent defects in writing within that period (Turkish Commercial Code no. 6102, article 23). 6.3. For wholesale orders, exchange requests by colour, size or model are assessed against stock; where accepted, shipping costs follow the agreed dealer terms. 6.4. Return requests for goods bought for resale are not accepted where labels and packaging have not been preserved. 7.
